About Us

Ibex Builders - In the Making

Our Founder, Alfred, founded Ibex Builders in 2012, after working and learning from within the construction industry,
with other companies. During this period of time, Alfred learned the ups, and the downs of the construction companies
he worked for, and began as time went on to develop in his mind solutions for the problems these companies faced.
Construction companies were too profit focused, for instance, and focused too much on getting projects and too little
on delivering for their existing clients. They didn’t have company character, their company usually lacked meaning and
purpose. To this day, Ibex Builders does not fall victim to these problems – the first client focused company of it’s kind –
focusing on delivery rather than client acquisition. This is what makes us special – you can be guaranteed that your
project will receive our full effort and dedication – to make it the very best it can be.

After just one visit to the property and hearing our ideas for our bathroom and kitchen project, Alfred was able to provide us a good price and best/worst case timeline for the work. We were already feeling positive at this point but when he and his team started work soon after was the point we became very pleased with our choice, and on completion: completely delighted!The team wasted absolutely no time in prepping our home for the project, protecting our floors and furniture and then dismantling our old kitchen and bathroom.Fast forward 5 weeks and our project was complete and our living space completely transformed! Ibex construction were great from the initial meeting to the end of the project. It was a 3 month renovation of a 2nd floor flat in Hackney and required completely renovating and an existing bathroom turning into a bathroom and shower room. All the trades were managed well by Alfred and he was always courteous and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all a pleasure to work with. The plastering was excellent and a new drop down ceiling was suggested and then put in which made a massive difference to the look and feel of the place.
